Return Policy
- You can request a return for any reason, but a 15% restocking fee (based on the product's MRP) will apply.
- You must report a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- If you choose store credits, only the return shipping charges will be deducted (no restocking fee).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories like price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.
- Refunds or store credits will only be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check.
- If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, a refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in our warehouse, as per our policy.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the product is approved.
Replacement & Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at [email protected] or call +91 86956-00000 within 24 hours of delivery.
- No refunds or exchanges for Dried flowers & Grass category.
- Provide a proper unboxing video showing the product from cutting the tape of the box, including any visible damage or defect.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- If the product is damaged, we will replace the item or repair it as needed.
- We will arrange a pickup for returns. If not possible, you must send the product via a reliable courier within one day of our confirmation.
- We will reimburse courier charges as determined by our logistics team.
- Ensure the return is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
Important Notes
- All returns and replacements are subject to a 48-hour return policy.
- Microscopic defects not visible after installation will not qualify for replacement.
- The warranty for Whispering Homes lights and decor excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations or modifications, accidental damage, and issues resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions. It also does not cover products used in commercial settings, damage caused by improper installation, or specific components such as light bulbs or batteries. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- Modifications can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped. The new product must have the same or higher value.
